The WPP is a pact that was created after the Shukraa Battles to have peace between all of the member countries. All of Mundu 's countries are members except for Myshzuul . The first country to create the pact was Kapuvar . Soon after, Barok and Siremyn joined. Then, Novisad and Virasvyn . And so on...
